Common questions

How do I unlock multiplayer?

Open Zenko, go to Settings → Account, and tap "Unlock multiplayer". The unlock is a single in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google. There is no subscription. Single-player against bots stays free.

Can I play on multiple devices with the same account?

Yes. Sign in with your Apple ID or Google account on each device. Your unlock and stats follow your account. If you play without signing in, each device is a separate anonymous identity.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

In Settings → Account, tap "Restore purchases". This re-checks your Apple or Google purchase history and re-applies any prior unlock. If the unlock was tied to a different account on a different device, signing in to the same Apple/Google account will bring it across.

Why can't I play multiplayer offline?

Multiplayer requires a live connection to our game server in Norway — that is what keeps every player in sync. The single-player vs. bots mode is fully offline and will keep working without internet.

I've been charged but multiplayer still isn't unlocked.

First try Settings → Account → "Restore purchases". If it still does not unlock, email hello@saitekiplanning.com with the date of purchase and the email tied to your App Store or Google Play account. We will check the receipt against our records and sort it out.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@saitekiplanning.com from the email tied to your sign-in (or with the user ID shown in Settings → About if you played as a guest). We will permanently delete your account, gameplay statistics, push notification token, and any linked data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. This is a hard delete — it cannot be reversed.

Is the game suitable for children?

Zenko is rated for general audiences. Multiplayer rooms include other real players (you can also play with bots only). There is no in-game chat in the current version. We recommend parental guidance for children under 13.
